Dreams!

Not long ago to be exact about it 4 or 5 years ago, I was told that I had no direction in life because I changed career paths a lot!  Its not that I didn't have direction, but the paths I was taking wasn't giving me fulfillment in life and probably led to a lot of other things that happened too.  I don't blame them though I have rather honestly embraced change on a constant level ( except if I have an extremely set plan ), been faced with people telling me no I can't do that because they didn't agree with it.  Ive opened 3 successful companies one of which Ive coupled with another and the other a small investment company with my father.  So embrace your dreams, embrace your goals, don't let anyone define success for you, thats only for you to decide!  Embrace the criticism, embrace the unknown put yourself in uncomfortable situations because you know it'll scare the shit out of you!
Go after the things you want wholeheartedly and don't worry about the neigh sayers!

How You Feel About Yourself is an Inside Job, Make Yourself a Priority

Recently Ive noticed more and more how I feel about myself.  Im loving the progress in the gym, I love my businesses, I have a life that is truly wonderful ( yes I have bad days just like everyone else ) but in general Im extremely happy and if Im not I try and fix things or work on them until my end goal is reached.  Ive started to notice that the more I take care of myself the better I feel.  I have a weakness for clothes they are expensive but there is nothing like a great pair of jeans and a swipe of mascara that doesn’t make me a happy girl just something about it turns my day around always.  So how do you celebrate yourself?  Do you allow yourself that one sweet treat?  Pay yourself compliments?  Buy yourself flowers or clothes what ever your vice is remember to celebrate you because theres only one of you, take the time for yourself on a weekly basis regardless of how others feel about it silly or not if its important to you, you will make this a practice in your life.  It does

This Led Us to Our Invitro- Fertilization and Frozen Embryo Transfer

So it has taken my husband and I 5 years to get to this point in our fertility journey.  During these last 5 years Ive been told that Im Bi Polar ( nah i just have resting bitch face and have no time for bullshit sorry that imnot overly smiley it doesnt mean anything ), Im Depressed ( nope just sarcastic by nature ), Im Anxious ( i really am anxious though ) and multiple other things from Doctors in the area and they even tried to give me all the PILLS in the WORLD.  As we all may or may not know my husband loves to research things!  So the first thing to research was the GOITER in my neck basically my thyroid blew up and the reason it blew up was because to be honest I wasn’t taking care of myself I was at the gym every morning at 5 am I worked out for 2 hours.  Though I know how to eat ( im a nutrionist ) I was told crazy things by PERSONAL TRAINERS  ( they don’t have degrees y’all ) stop eating carbs ect.  However I never stopped eating the things I wanted, but all that working out
